About

1000 years of career advice about

Hi Guys, my name is Paul. I have over 10 years experience working in various finance roles for multinational firms. I qualified as an accountant (ACA) while working with a big 4 accounting firm in their advisory department. I’m also a qualified project manager (Prince 2), programme manager (Managing Special Programmes), and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Despite the above, I’m not a huge fan of my career path 🙁

Lot’s of my friends in their 30’s don’t like their jobs either. They made a series of decisions in their 20’s and find themselves in careers that they are less than enthused with for a variety of reasons; salary, variety, lack of opportunities etc. This blog aims to inform young people as much possible about career paths; how what you do in your teens and 20’s impacts your job/life in your 30’s.

I’ll be posting answers to career questions and info on career paths that you won’t find elsewhere on the internet. Please do get in touch if you have any career questions I’d love to help.

Paul
